Lots of human mental sufferings are rooted underneath the crying feeling of having no any partner in life. Off course human society is a dependent society and we all need to depend on so many other persons to get our biological, personal, social, and cultural needs. But at times there come some situations in life essentially when a person feels that he is left alone and miserably looks out for some person/s to be with. He feels desperate in such situations and often takes refuge in mental disorders.The old wisdom as quoted in the title of today's post highly emphasizes that we are the best partner and feeling so can take us away from any negative consequences.
The life journey too is similar. The fact is neither anyone truly breathes for us nor dies for us . Again to say we are the best for ourselves . However, here I never meant to undermine the importance of relationships but simply to say that we also need to establish harmonious relationship with ourselves too very strongly.
So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of believing that you are the best partner of yourself specially at times when you grief for no any partner with you.
Enjoy days always ahead in true love for mindful consideration of yourself as your best partner.
