Falling under any specific emotion is a matter of choice only. So is for anger or distress too. We cannot blame anyone or any situation for it. Getting angry solves nothing .Rather being a negative energy it brings in damages in the body of the person who gets angry and in the person too who is the target of anger with consequent poor relationship between the two. A better option is to consider the cause if something bothers us as it helps to transform us into peace . Remember choosing peace is still one's choice only and so good relationships with people around you in spite of the presence of triggering persons and/or situations.
So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of choosing peace instead of anger in any triggering situation. I am sure your mindful choice enables you to attract peace from the universe.
