Almost every person face moments when they feel inability to take decisions in some specific critical situations and become the victims of anxiety and other psychosomatic problems. Some persons remain in all time anxiety state due their poor habit of procrastination as they always feel incapable of taking appropriate decisions due to ever existing conflincts. It's a common sense that a decision is appropriate only when being taken at right time. Delay in decision making cause unparalleled loss in all respects apart from chronic anxiety arousal state of mind. Positive psychologists are
trying to overcome this negative mind state for possible fruitful contribution of such persons. Dr. S.Chain from Hongkong ,after long term research, has suggested some easy steps to enjoy appropriate decision making at right time. The first step is stabilizing one's mind and then believing that it is a good decision. Secondly ,one shall reduce his/her stress level by working on passion activities like music, art,walking through the nature etc.. Thirdly, shall try to improve one's concentration and clarity of the situation through meditation . Fourthly, thinking positively instead of negatively.
