DO YOU WANT TO TRANSFORM YOURSELF : REPROGRAM YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND




It is our subconscious mind which makes us adopt new transformed behaviour. Psychologists suggest three ways to change oneself for betterment called transformation. The first way is feeling the emotion of what a person desires to experience while drifting off to sleep. The known fact is that the subconscious mind speaks in the language of feeling and as the person drifts off to sleep he is going into the Theta state . It is this state where the subconscious mind operates.

The second way is wiring in a new thought or habit with repetition. Brain neurons which fire together, get wired together. The more consistently a person wires in a new behaviour, action , thought , etc., the more it becomes a part of his/her new autopilot mind.

And lastly , third way of transformation through reprogramming subconscious mind is doing something a person has never done before. When the person does this , his mind has no choice but to make new connection in the brain.

It is this unknown area where we can create great positive changes in our behavior and can witness miracles of transformation process.


So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of reprogramming your subconscious mind for your spontaneous transformation.
