DON'T BE ILLUSIONED BY YOUR FOCUS ON NEGATIVITY : FOCUS ON POSITIVITY TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE
In one of my earlier posts I had said about the importance of our attitude in our human interactions and relationships. So many times we spoil our loving relationships and life too just because of our judgemental attitude based on our illusory attitude. Irony is that normally we become quite rigid inspite of observing great loss of intimacy in our vital relationships. At such times we erroneously indulge in negative thinking and behaviours which further complicate the situation. Unfortunately, even at that time we just forget to give importance to our these loving relationships which could have been spontaneous source of social and emotional supports we require the most for our own mental well-being.
Today one of my close friend has sent me one pictorial message in which some food plates are shown. A major of these plates look upside down while a few are upright . The illusion is that the moment we are able to see upright plates, all the upside down plates automatically turn into upright positions.
I have quoted above just because in our life also we perceive everything wrong due to our judgemental and erroneous negative attitudes. However, if we try to focus on something positive, every thing turns rightly positive enabling us to enjoy our blessed relationships.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of maintaining an attitude of looking at positive side of the scenario rather than perceived negative one. I am sure it will help you to enhance desired intimacy in your vital loving relationships.
