It's human nature that people feel uncomfortable and unable to focus on their important tasks because of physical noise around them aroused due to presence of good number of persons talking to each other in loud voice or due to some devices producing sound at high pitch. It's all about sound pollution we humans are forced to live with it and causing genuinely serious physical and mental hazards. I remember my first international flight around 40 years before when a young boy had severe convulsions due to the artifact noise being heard inside the flight.
The scientists and even a layman try to reflect and try to work on this hazard as it is apparent to them. But they hardly care about noise in their minds which is not heard physically. The irony is that a person can't free oneself by just going to a place of no physical noise .This mental noise is caused due to over negative thinking and consequently leads to panic anxiety or depression. We all must be careful and alert to this unhealthy mind state and try to free ourselves from negative overthinking by indulging in creative works, meditation, playful activities with family members and friends , and working on any passion of ourselves. In Psychology we try to help the client by adopting Cognitive Behaviour Therapy where in negative thoughts are replaced by positive thoughts.
So ,TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of freeing yourself from any negative thinking causing an unpleasant noise in your mind.
