It's quite natural that people cry while facing shocking and undesirable situations or when they get hurt by own people. Cry is very natural when we lose a loved one. A cry for some time is like a therapy which brings out the pain inside through tears. In my clinic I have invariably observed significant relief from pains the clients suffered so far . Offcourse I always insist to my clients to cry on a strong shoulder and never cry on a weak shoulder like oneself. Here I meant to say that never cry alone , it will never help rather multiply the felt pain in the absence of socioemotional support. Another fact is that crying does not reduce the pain . Instead we can easily reduce pains by remaining happy. One Hindi writer has very correctly said that , " Khush raho kyonki dukhi rahkar kaun sa dukh kam ho jayenge .
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of happiness. I am sure your all pains will reduce at significant levels.
Enjoy days always ahead being happy even during painful situations.
