Since childhood we are listening and reading too about some precautions and disciplines pertaining to our behaviour. One such moral teaching related to the theme of my today's post always attracted my mind deeply and I try my level best to adopt it in my daily routine. By doing so I am able to keep guilty feelings away from me and thus so many undesirable consequences , specially overthinking. In my clinic I have seen so many clients suffering from OCD symptoms , negative overthinking , and depression due to some or other types of guilts. In some of my posts I have very specifically insisted that we are humans and to err is one of our qualities , hence no need to feel guilty about errors we make in pursuit of excellence .
I am coming back to the theme of my today's post. In other words , it can be said that it is very easy to say "busy" to someone on his/her request for a favour. But it is very painful to listen "busy" when we needed someone. The basic principle of the Nature is clear here, that is, we get what we reap . Hence learning from this, we shall make our level best not to do the things which we don't like for us.
So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of being mutually existent favorably. I am sure you will be the most beneficiary in such transactions.
