There is popular quote at least in India that "Jo hota hai acchhe ke liye hota hai" meaning that everything work out for the best only. Today morning sitting at Raipur airport waiting for more than three hours delayed flight due to heavy fog , I was indulged in talking to cotravellers who were quite aggrieved and when I spoke the above quote every ,though ,may be agreeing with me, but raised their voices that what good is in such delay specially those who had vital assignments. I didn't have any answer to this but being positive psychologist I have come to this state of mind very strongly. We may not find the answer so many times but the hidden agenda of the Nature is undeniable. In such disappointing situations I always tell to myself and others too that when the situation is not under our control then we shall stop worrying about it believing in the above quote. Psychologically the best thing we can do under such situations is " NOT THINK ,NOT WONDER ,NOT IMAGINE ,NOT OBESS AND NOT FEEL BAD AT ALL. JUST BREATH AND HAVE FAITH ON THE INTENTION OF THE NATURE THAT EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT FOR THE BEST. In most circumstances we will find ourselves in a sort of trance leading to positive state of mind believing above quote more strongly or at least our all disappointments will evaporate.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of believing on the intent of the Nature for your best to come though apparently you don't find or even able to imagine anything good out of it.
Enjoy days always ahead in true love for mindful belief that EVERYTHING WILL WORK OUT FOR THE BEST.
