FORGIVING IS BLESSING


One of the best strategies of resilience is forgiveness. It is one of the components of Spiritual Intelligence , which is considered of vital significance in modern positive - spiritual psychology. In daily course of life every human faces hurting situations which pains him/her for infinite period of time and cumulatively add other negative emotions of anxiety, anger , revenge and fear too under which the person indulge in self - damaging behaviour. He /she may also indulge in toxic behaviour towards the persons who hurt him/her. The psychological fact is that as long as we don't forgive the people who have hurt us , they occupy a rent- free space in our mind and filling it with intense toxicity.

The essence of this is that we must get rid of this toxicity in our minds and the best way is to forgive the person/s instantly when we feel hurt because of his/her/their hurting toxic behaviour.This also helps us to control our impulses when we are tempted to react furiously under such toxic situations and thus helps to soothe the person. Remember our mental peace is very vital to we all and me must learn to forgive those hurt us.


So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of nurturing the habit of forgiving others who knowingly or unknowingly hurt you. I am sure you will lead a pure life with mental peace.
