Troubles and consequent stresses are part of every human's life. Worrying about these troubles only results into greater and more intense troubles . Now the question is whether we all are destined to be victims of these miseries in our whole lives ? The answer is " NOT AT ALL ". There are ways which provides respective positive consequences. Firstly , when we become silent towards the trouble instead of crying , its negative consequence dilutes considerably. Secondly , the felt miseries end when we nurture the habit of keeping optimistic patience. And lastly, it gets transformed into happiness when we pay our gratitude to the God for these troubles as the opportunities for strengthening us more and more.
