INVEST YOUR LIFE ENERGY TO LIFT YOURSELF HIGHER
Jealousy is one of the emotions normally faced by we humans, specially when we observe someone known excel us on some measures of prestige and power. Some of us indulge and waste our energy in negative thoughts and acts to let other persons down with whom they feel jealous. Irony is that such persons never succeed in their wasteful efforts, instead they push themselves more down in their comparative state. It is always better to invest our life energy in lifting ourselves higher. It is something like wasting our time in fighting with darkness as we can never enjoy light through this.We will enjoy light only when we lit up a lamp .
In my clinic also I have observed that patients with intense stress indulge in maladaptive behaviour which further increases darkness in their life due to increased level of depression. I always try to remove darkness in their life by developing insight into their problems and this insight always works like a light which takes darkness of depression away and they are able to enjoy their life with all optimism.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of dealing with your negative emotions and stresses by investing your life energy to lift you up.
