Very often we struggle with our own conflicting thoughts. Irony is that a lot of such thoughts are away from realities and force us be in delima only. The Psychology of Well-Being insists on "never forcing anything". When ever we feel undue force to exert on anything, it already means that we are in wrong path. One of the Nature's characteristics is Spontaneity. That is, if anything is meant to be, it will be. So why to force anything. JUST LET IT BE. If the Nature has decided to let it come, then it will come irrespective of our forces to let it not come or even our displeasures regarding it. The Nature is very kind to we all. Believe this universal fact, and the true wisdom is that we shall not struggle against it or force it not to be a reality, if we do so, we will surely find ourselves in pain. The wise acceptance of this realilty is called a FLOW in Buddhist ideology.
Today is Buddha Poornima. I pray to the great Lord to shower Thy blessings of wisdom, a state of self-actualization, on we all.

So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of being in FLOW. I am sure you will witness a blissful life through your wisdom about laws of the Nature.
