MINDFUL LIFE


Every person finds in one's life a situation when he/she is in deep conflict between one's conscious mind and subconscious mind which layman calls as heart or the gut feeling . Now the question is what we shall do in such situation when our mind says " don't " but our heart still hopes to go ahead. The suggestion is that we shall follow our gut feeling or to say our subconscious mind but shall take our conscious mind along with us. That is MINDFUL LIFE.


So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of mindful balancing of conscious and subconscious minds. I am sure you will be able to jump ahead of your expectations.
