NEED A BLISSFUL SLEEP !!! LEARN TO APPLY MUTE BUTTON


It is a common experience of we all that we put our mobile on MUTE mode when we don't want to be disturbed or distracted by incoming calls or messages. It is the MUTE mode which help us to concentrate on the matter in a crucial meeting or when we want to enjoy mental rest - a true time for ourselves.

Similarly, we need a MUTE BUTTON for our mind and feelings too. The flow of thoughts and consequent feelings is a continuous phenomenon and hence takes away a lot of mental energy and hence we all have to manage it by putting a MUTE BUTTON so that we don't get awared of thoughts and feelings. It is quite essential too to enjoy a good blissful sleep at night .

In Yoga we practice DHYAN to reach this state of nonawareness - a zero state of mind to experience inner tranquility. Psychologically there is an easy technique for this which I call as Karm Dhyan. When we work on anything of importance we shall exercise to focus our attention on it in an absolute manner so that we don't get disturbed by any internal or external environment.


So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of nurturing habit of putting a MUTE BUTTON for mind and feelings to seek inner tranquility.


Enjoy days always ahead in true love for inner tranquility by exercising on a MUTE BUTTON for your mind and feelings.
