NEVER TRY TO CHANGE YOUR ORIGINALITY

Yesterday I received a call from one of my clients. She was complaining about her anxiety attacks due to pressure of her peers to conform prevailing trend of smoking and alcohol abuse . She is rejected by them as she could not lose her originality of nonsmoker and nonalcoholic. As a result she was apprehending about being left alone and feeling of poorly adjusted. I had to explain her that she shall never change her originality for the sake of others because no one can play her

roles better than herself. " So be yourself and feel proud of yourself. "There is one good definition of Psychology and that it is the scientific study of individual differences. There are various factors like genetics ,and environment which play their vital roles to make a person absolutely unique. Hence any effort to change one's original identify is simply a maladjustment. However , it does meant that we shall not change ourselves. We must change ourselves with a view of transforming ourselves as it is the sign of good adjustment. Whole Counseling Psychology is based on the principle of transformation of individual who suffer due to some maladjustments. No two human beings are same and no one is perfect. I strongly believe that perfection is a myth. Hence we all shall have high self regard feeling that I am one of the best among all other best. No need of feeling inferior or having ego in any regard.

So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of transforming yourself without any futile efforts to change your original identity.

Enjoy days always ahead in true love for your original identify in the process of your transformation.
