" PAP PUNYA DO BEEJ NE HUN KI BONA TUN JAN"

Shri Gurunanak Devji's preachings are well scripted in Shri Gurugranth Sahebji. The lines in the title are from it only in Gurmukhi language, is called so because it is the"Speech of the Guru ".The complete message reads as"Kahande hain.... Ai tera jism khet hai , mun ,karm ,te vachan kisan .Pap punya do beej ne ,hun ki bona tu jan ." It means that ," it is being said...hey! your body is a crop field . Mind , karmas, and speech are the farmer. There are two types of seeds - bad task (pap) and good task ( punya). It is upto you what you want to sow ." Shri Bhagwat Gita and all religious scripts also very specifically insist on this important aspect of human life with clear intentions to do good karmas all the time however, it is being left on we all only. The Nature too provides plenty examples and very frequently said in Indian culture too i.e.," jaisi karna vaisi bharana " ," if we sow lemon then we won't get mango." and so on. So clear cut relationship is evident between our Karmas and the results of them! Guru bani further says that if we claim ourselves wise persons then we must restrain ourselves from doing bad acts ( "pap" ) and love doing good acts ( "punya"). One more thing I want to remind here is that here acts means not only physical acts but also mental acts .The law applies similarly on mental behaviour.

So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of thinking good and doing good in all situations. I am sure you will enjoy a blissful life.

Enjoy days always ahead in rendering good physical and mental behaviour.
