Brian Weiss , the author of a wonderful book "MANY MASTERS MANY LIVES" wrote about versatility of human relationships. The irony is that lots of people are clinging to a limited, disconnected, negative image of other persons due to their hurting behaviours in the past and continue to lose precious social - emotional benefits in the present. Psychologists emphasize on forgetting the past as it is over and nothing can alter that incidence of the past.The only positive fact is that we can learn from that incidence and letting it go. People are changing and growing, hence instead of clinging to that hurting behaviour of the person in the past we shall see that person now ,that is, in the present because all relationships are always alive and changing. Bk Shivaniji also asserts that we shall forge our relationships on a soul to soul basis with honesty and without speculation or judgement. We shall work on purifying our being ; healing wounds; growing in wisdom and raising our self- esteem. We shall love without possessing or being possessed ,and without conditions or limits.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of letting go the odd experiences of the past and accepting the concerned person in the new perspective of the present.
