RELAXATION ANXIETY (Cont.)

In my last post on relaxation anxiety I had written about suggestions given by neuro- psychologists to seek shorter moments of relaxation where in there are higher chances of success in seeking relaxation without feeling guilty. So many curious readers have asked me what I meant by "higher chances of success " here. Let me explain this first with a situation where in there is higher chances of failure in this regard. When a professional try to seek relaxation at work by going for a cup of coffee or talking to fellow colleagues or going for a long vacation then there is always load of work to be completed in the back of their minds which hasten them to be back on the work ,certainly with guilt for wasting their time. That is why some sensible organizations have made provisions of compulsory sleep, drink or play breaks for their employees. Now consider a case of going for bath at home for relaxation. Certainly this act will permit to relax body muscles and consequently the mind too. However , the person will not get such relaxation benefits taking shower at workplace as I said it earlier. I hope I am able to explain what I meant by higher chances of success in seeking relaxation .


So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of seeking relaxation without any guilt about the left work.
