THE ART OF KNOWING

This is a very pertinent question that what is knowing? Two days before I had written on the theme of "a wise person"where in I talked about awareness of one's own accountability. A similar aspect is about "knowing". So many of my clients reported intense stress just because they could not ignore what they should have .The fact is that the cause of most of human agony is this only ,is , unable to ignore some statement or behaviour perceived as I toxic and targeted towards them .They even don't know that it is Intentional or unintentional. but inability to ignore cause severe stressful situations and may spoil the relationship, that too at the cost of self- turmoil. The old wisdom strongly emphasize that "the art of knowing is knowing what to ignore."Kindly remember that it is our life which is the most important and precious to us and it is only our duty to treasure it very happily and with mental peace and hence we must ignore the things which are creating stress in our mind leading to anxiety ,depression and poor relationship.


So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of ignoring things which you should for your happiness and peace of mind.


Enjoy days always ahead in knowing what you shall ignore.
