There are lots of biographies depicting the tough journey full of struggles and fights for even one bite of bread or a single penny, after days of starvation. Such scenarios are common during and after wars and also in daily lives of down trodden living in slums or on streets. Almost all biographies tell us the real journey from nill to high status of life achieved through such struggles. It is a reality that people have to fight persistently to change the life. However, such achievements do not describe the ways of making the life easier . Here I mean to enjoy a mindful living which may not find change in life from low to high status but understanding the basic philosophy of leading happier life . Here the criterion is not achieving high but leading life which is easy to live mindfully. The life of Lord Buddha is an but not only example of it .
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of caring your life mindfully so that you can understand it's core philosophy. I am sure the life will be quite easy to live.
