Feeling lonely and to be alone have different perspectives. Feeling lonely indicates something abnormal in our mind due to varying reasons ,
sometimes objective and sometimes subjective. Opting not to be alone precedes two extremely in different situations. Sometimes life is too good to be alone and some other times it is too hard to be alone. In crux , I want to say that loneliness is never good in extreme situations of life . This supports the mutual existence theory of the Nature.
However, as a student of Positive Psychology I personally feel that opting to be alone for self -enhancement is one of the best strategies wherein a person chose some moments of one's daily life to analyse everything around and within oneself with a view to strengthen one's merits and betters on one's limitations.
So ,TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of taking out some moments to be alone for your betterment.
