In my last post I had presented an example of a bird giving the message for everything good. Today also I will try to extend my feelings of maintaining optimism and transforming oneself out of the mental garbage which is a toxic source of depression. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy is also based on this belief that we can replace our negative thought with positive ones. Again quoting the example of a bird supporting the role of positivity in the lives of everyone. A Hindi poet a rightly said that " GHANS KE TINKE JO THE BEKAR KUDE ME SHUMAR , CHAND CHIDIYON KE HUNAR SE ASHIYANE GAYE."
So,TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation to transform your mental garbage into a pious place of positive thoughts full of optimism. I am sure you will cherish rich source of happiness and peace of mind.
Enjoy days always ahead in continuous transformation of yourself persistently.
