I have very frequently observed in my clinic and in my general experience while interacting with mind and such
who are people, that a tragic phenomenon of poor or no sharing of one's pains or hurts makes him/her prone to be in angry mode of able to to share one's pains and hurts. Psychological evidences also prove that sharing helps in diluting the trigger point and thus permits a person to remain happy and cool. In almost all cultures and religious groups also this sharing ritual is reflected on critical time in one's life.
So TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of sharing your pains and hurts spontaneously with your loved ones. I am sure you will witness a happy and cool state of mind even during critical situations in your life.
