It is commonly observed that when people have more of money , power , status or even mental complexes ,they tend to develop higher physical or mental fence which deprive them from interacting with their immediate environment and thus from true real experiences in their lives. And at the end of their life they feel is isolated and distant.
Even from their loved ones. It is very true in cases of intense loving relationships also. I remember one of my very close friend who used to call his very rich father as "sethji" as normally all visitors addressed him instead of "papa" or " babuji" as I used to call him. This is not the only example in Indian scenario. Ironyis that we we nurture our children as an instrument of listening and not of speaking. And here we are we are throwing them in an unfortunate situation of monologue and the trend goes on similar extreme situations, that is, the child turn up to either as dumb men or an arrogantly dictating man ,both of which are undesirable in expected prosocial family and social environment.
It is the most desirable situation for we all that when we have more than we need ,then we should build a longer table and not the higher fence. Meaning that we shall be easily approachable to all people . Remember this rule of the Nature to enjoy a sure sort physical and psychological success and fame in our lives.
So, TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of building a longer table when you progress rather than building a higher fence . I am sure you will enjoy a better physical and mental state.
