Yesterday one one of my very old clients called me telling that he was breaking down due to very high stressful situations at job level and in life too. He is presently India head of one multinational company and very young too. After long session I advised him to change his life-style only and that too disciplined sleeping time at 10pm and morning get up by 6am followed by brisk walk of 6km in 45 minutes only. Initially he could not believe but at last he agreed upon changing his life-style. I am sure he will win over himself and thus will prevent himself from facing further break down . Rest is part of every one's life. Actually when a person starts saying to himself that, " I AM BREAKING DOWN " then he starts becoming the looser. At this time there is need to look inside and reveal one's beauty and the perfection of one's being. He/she needs to trust intensely in each one of the capacities one possesses including his/her capacity to stand unfettered while facing distressing situations. Most of the time it requires little twist in dealing the situation and with oneself. Psychologically we need to apply our these capacities , test them , and enjoy the learning during this process. The fact is that there is no failure in life but is only learning. We need to understand the depth of this psychological principle and hence knowing oneself more , developing oneself , and growing mindfully and happily is the essence of our WIN in all situations.
So , TRAIN YOUR MIND to remain in positive orientation of having faith in yourself as the winner. I am sure you will be the WINNER in all situations irrespective of terribly distress full situations all around .
